This page explains what happens to your information when you visit Sakina Pages or buy from us. The short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.

Who we are

Sakina Pages is a brand of Social Mafia OÜ, registry code 17400703, Staapli tn 3, 10415 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@mintagency.eu.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. We do not build profiles of visitors.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use that data to identify you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record. Polar collects the details needed to take payment, work out tax, deliver your files and send your receipt. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and the order details, so we can support you and keep proper business records. We never see your full card number. See Polar's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply and to help with your order. We keep support emails only as long as we need them for that, or as long as the law requires for business records.

Marketing

We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something or downloaded a free file. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be a separate opt-in that you choose.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@mintagency.eu. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
